Note: This ESC has no built-in battery eliminator circuit (BEC). You will need a 4.8V receiver pack or an
external
switching BEC to provide power to your receiver.

  • Low resistance
  • 8-16KHz PWM
  • For 16-30 NiCd/NiMH cells, 6-10 Li-Poly Cells
  • 100A Continuous, 125A Max for 10 seconds
  • 80A Continuous on 10 cell Li-Poly
  • User programmable brake
  • User programmable low-voltage cutoff
  • User programmable throttle settings and rotation direction

  • User programmable PWM
  • Throttle range self-adjusting
  • Soft start ramp up
  • Auto motor cutoff with reset
  • Safe power arming program ensures motor will not run accidentally after turn on
  • Low torque start
  • Auto shut down when signal is lost
  • For outrunner motors, use 15° timing and 16Khz PWM

Never exceed the recommended battery voltage listed on the package. Do not use a separate battery
supply with this controller. Never disconnect the battery supply when the motor is running. We strongly
suggest that you use an overload fuse in the battery circuit. For example, a motor will run at 4 amps
therefore a 5 amp speed controller is adequate. If the motor is stalled or stopped, with the power on,
then it will draw 15 to 20 amps and burn out the speed controller. An overload fuse can prevent this
type of damage. Also, the BEC provides a regulated power supply to the receiver. Usually about .5
amps. A stalled servo can draw 2 or 3 amps and damage the BEC which in turn can cause damage to
the receiver.
