  1. Put the binding harness into connector location marked BIND. Next apply power to the receiver. Receiver LED should illuminate it means bind is accomplished
  2. To set fail-safe throttle and control surface positions, (minimum throttle and all control surfaces set to neutral is suggested). Press and hold the bind button of transmitter (LED will illuminate), Turn on the transmitter.
  3. Receiver LED will change from rapid flashing to slow flashing and a few seconds later when bind is accomplished the LED of receiver will illuminate solid. All fail-safes should be programed correctly now.
  4. Remove binding harness from the BIND channel. Restart the receiver by cycling it power off and turn onand connect battery into BIND channel is recommended. All channels should function properly now. You may test fail-safe by holding sticks in corner, cycle transmitter on and off. Surfaces and throttle should return to your preset fail-safe positions.

Notes:

Only one bind procedure is required on a new receiver. Repetitive binding provides no extra security. Always remember to remove the binding harness after successful bind is completed.

Had no problems binding to JR X8303 and Spektrum DX6i. Bound to a Orange RX DSM 2 Module (Hobby King) in my JR 8103 after getting the configuration right in the JR transmitter for the transmission mode. Compact and lightweight, no problems with performance.

  5. Works with JR X9503 TX 5 Star Review

The receiver works great and for you who are having trouble binding the receiver from the top looking down at the pin put the tag on starting on the left side. First pin is batt and also the bind plug . Put bind plug in batt and use the next pin for your power to receiver. After bind pull the bind plug. Now use it as normal

  7. Excellent 6 channel receiver !! 5 Star Review

Posted by on 6th Apr 2013

I buy a lot of radio equipment and look for the best value for my money. This receiver is one of the best buys I have made in awhile. Once I figured out the bind feature and the pins it was up and functioning in seconds. Terrific range and rock solid operation in every plane and situation I put it in. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a very small, light weight receiver for any small plane.

  8. binding procedure 3 Star Review

Probably is a great receiver if there was a bind plug position marked. There is a printed sticker, not applied to the receiver which has everything listed except bind. I tried both ends of the connector block without any luck. Has someone got it to bind to a DSM 2 receiver?

If I can get to bind mode, I think it will work. Tried with servos to see if it has been bonded already and no response.

    Any help would be appreciated.
